Misc. Information | If a proposal is submitted for a consumer who had been enrolled or is currently enrolled in Kohl's workout program, the proposal will be denied. Proposal will reject for invalid start date, if first payment disbursal date is prior to the date they review the proposal. It is recommended to use a future disburse date even if you have money in house. DO NOT drop customer if they are being transferred from another agency as they will not be able to be set back up. |
